Programs & Standards
The standards our members keep.
Our programmes are written and taught by working practitioners. They set out what safe, professional cosmetology looks like — and help members prove it.

Professional standards
Four principles of practice
Client assessment
Written intake, contraindication check and documented skin analysis before every first treatment.
Informed consent
Signed consent for every device-based, peeling or invasive procedure, explained in plain language.
Product traceability
Only registered cosmetic products; batch numbers recorded for professional-strength preparations.
Honest communication
No promises of medical outcomes; referrals to a physician when a condition requires it.
Hygiene protocols
What every member's treatment room must have.
- Hand hygiene and gloves for every client
- Steam or dry-heat sterilisation of reusable metal instruments, with logged cycles
- Single-use needles, cartridges, spatulas and applicators
- Surface disinfection between clients and fresh linen every session
- Sharps containers and documented waste disposal
- Incident log and first-aid readiness in every treatment room
